New Archers

If you decide to join after  the beginners course please feel free to ask any of the club members for advice or help.We can  provide equipment for you as a new archer so don’t rush out and buy any equipment  without discussing  it as it is easy to make expensive mistakes.

 

There is often second hand equipment available — ask amongst the club members.

You will soon want to read up on Archery techniques and an excellent starting point is  the text book ‘Archery  - Steps to success’ by Kathleen Haywood and Catherine Lewis.
